Hence, we have renamed our Human Resource Process as the People Energy Process. We believe that for us to enjoy a multifold growth every year, our people’s skills and competencies must be constantly cultivated – not just on technical or functional grounds, but motivational grounds as well.

Our people are provided opportunities to attend all kinds of trainings ranging from computer-based learning, classroom training sessions to development programs offered by premier B-schools – both in India and abroad.

We at Galaxy, believe that engaged workforce is not just another requirement for improving efficiency but it is the very foundation of how well our business grows. We are delighted to share that our Employee Engagement score for the survey conducted in 2016 was high and has consistently been one of the best in the industry.
